Standing with Minnesota and Saint Paul's Tech Community
In recent weeks, immigration enforcement activity across Minnesota has created fear, disruption, and uncertainty for many in our region. These tensions are being felt acutely by many across our state, many in the region, including Saint Paul’s tech and innovation community.
As Full Stack Saint Paul partners, the City of Saint Paul and the St. Paul Area Chamber have both been engaged in response efforts. As St. Paul Area Chamber President and CEO B Kyle has shared, moments like this call for leadership grounded in empathy, steadiness, and a commitment to the well-being of our people. Innovation does not happen in isolation—it happens when every person feels safe, supported, and able to show up fully at work and in their communities. This includes our diverse community of startup founders, early-career technologists, small business owners, and tech employees whose talent, creativity, and lived experiences are essential to our ecosystem.
At Full Stack Saint Paul, we believe a strong tech economy is an inclusive one. Immigrant and globally connected talent power our startups, strengthen our companies, and drive the ideas shaping Saint Paul’s future. When uncertainty threatens that foundation, our role is to stand together, share reliable information, and support one another with care.
We encourage members of the tech and business community to review the resources assembled by community partners, including guidance, support services, and ways to stay informed during this challenging time:
